Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing team in Ahmedabad. You will act as the bridge between a UK‑based property management client and our local Indian operations, handling property marketing, client outreach, and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Market UK properties on major property portals.
• Run email campaigns targeting councils and charities in the UK.
• Arrange property viewings for inquiries and referrals.
• Conduct eligibility and affordability checks for prospective tenants.
• Prepare agreements and coordinate signatures from both parties.
• Resolve client discrepancies and complaints efficiently.
• Prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication (mandatory).
• Strong telephone etiquette and articulation.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• Positive team player with a willingness to seek guidance when needed.
