Territory Sales Executive – Paints (Ahmedabad)

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Executive to drive paint material sales across the Ahmedabad market. You will work directly with painting contractors, applicators, and builders to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with painting contractors and applicators.
• Conduct regular market and site visits to understand customer needs and provide product demonstrations and technical guidance.
• Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain a robust contractor network and track upcoming construction projects for sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets, ensuring timely payment follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience selling paints, preferably coordinating with painting contractors on‑site.
• Strong network with builders and painting contractors in Ahmedabad.
• Experience in institutional or B2B sales.
• Good technical understanding of construction materials.
