Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing inbound leads, conducting product demonstrations, and building lasting relationships with potential customers. This role focuses on guiding prospects through the sales process, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales and marketing teams, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.
• Initiate contact with potential customers via phone and email.
• Schedule and conduct online demo sessions using effective screen‑sharing tools.
• Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Understand customer requirements and address questions and concerns.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects.
• Guide customers through the sales process with consistent follow‑up.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Inside Sales, Cross‑Selling, Up‑Selling, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Management, Service Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, and Business Development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using screen‑sharing and online demo tools.
