Business Development Associate – Biller Farming

About the role

The Associate / Senior Associate will lead relationship management and business development with billers, expanding NBBL’s reach and transaction volume across the Bharat BillPay ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for assigned partner banks.
• Launch new products, implement enhancements, and drive category expansion.
• Expand business and channel networks to ensure sustained growth.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding of new billers and partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, managing relationships across multiple levels.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through bank collaborations.
• Coordinate compliance with internal legal, finance, and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to meet defined service parameters.
• Run marketing programs for channel and end‑user engagement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and business compliance standards.

Required profile

• Graduation (preferably BE/B.Tech) with a professional degree such as an MBA.
• Experience in enterprise sales or technology‑based partnership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the digital payments industry.
• Excellent relationship‑management and CXO‑level engagement capabilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and service‑oriented mindset.
