Program Manager – Sales Operations

About the role
The Program Manager will own the execution and monitoring of sales programs across multiple gym locations. This hands‑on role works closely with centre managers, cluster managers and city teams to ensure targets are met, incentives are disciplined and productivity is consistent.
Key responsibilities
- Track daily and weekly sales performance across all gyms, monitoring new memberships, conversions and renewals.
- Maintain accurate dashboards and management information systems, flagging gaps, misses and anomalies proactively.
- Ensure adherence to defined targets and incentive slabs, identifying process breakdowns and collaborating with centre teams to resolve them.
- Act as the bridge between sales, HR, finance and leadership, conducting regular review calls with regional and cluster heads.
- Report on data accuracy, reporting timeliness, centre compliance, incentive payout accuracy and reduction of sales leakage.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales operations or similar roles.
- Background in gyms, retail, QSR, telecom or other multi‑location businesses, preferably in high‑growth start‑ups.
- Data‑driven mindset with a strong bias for execution.
Required skills
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
- SQL knowledge (preferred).
