Senior Cluster Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for a Senior Cluster Manager to lead growth and profitability for a designated city. You will own the P&L, drive user and restaurant acquisition, and shape local marketing strategies to expand the Dineout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute city‑level marketing campaigns and restaurant onboarding initiatives.
• Grow both the diner user base and the partner restaurant count through data‑driven tactics.
• Represent Dineout at local events, PR activities and community engagements.
• Communicate product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Design and manage sales organization structure, compensation, quotas, lead generation and territory optimization.
• Oversee administration tasks such as user management, data reporting, dashboard creation and customization.
• Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team and manage onboarding of new sales employees.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a fast‑paced technology, consulting, FMCG, investment banking, marketing or operations environment.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and managing P&L for a geographic market.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and excellent communication skills.
• Residency in the target city for at least 3‑4 years.
