Bookkeeper

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking a highly motivated and independent Bookkeeper to join its world‑class finance team in Herzliya. You will handle daily accounting duties and manage financial transactions for the Israeli books, supporting a fast‑growing global high‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts‑payable cycle, including vendor setup, PO authorization, invoice recording in NetSuite, payment processing and account reconciliation.
• Review and approve employee expense reimbursement reports in accordance with company policy.
• Track bank and credit‑card (MESH) balances and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with outsourced accountants abroad and manage service providers and subcontractors.
• Prepare fixed‑asset working papers and execute the depreciation cycle.
• Support quarterly and annual audits and ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Certified Bookkeeper (type 2) with 4–6 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Team player comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the global ERP system NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
