BIM Manager – Retail & Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM operations for food & beverage, retail, restaurant, and hospitality projects. The role combines technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure high‑quality BIM delivery across multiple fast‑paced projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a BIM team of architects and modelers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution strategies.
• Oversee BIM coordination, ensuring accurate architectural and MEP models.
• Manage BIM deliverables, project timelines, and quality standards for several projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct clash detection reviews and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in BIM and architectural project coordination.
• Proven experience in F&B, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead BIM teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Navisworks.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and clash detection.
