Bank Partnership Manager – Bancassurance

About the role

The Bank Partnership Manager will lead the collaboration between ABSLI and Axis Bank within the assigned cluster. You will support the bank’s strategy, ensure compliance with regulatory norms, and drive operational excellence to deliver best‑in‑class pre‑ and post‑sales services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong, progressive partnership with Axis Bank.
• Support and contribute to the bank partner’s strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to RBI and IRDAI guidelines and internal ABSLI policies.
• Deliver high‑quality pre‑sales and post‑sales support services.
• Accelerate delivery speed while meeting ABSLI’s business targets.
• Promote business growth and achieve agreed‑upon performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bancassurance or insurance distribution through banks.
• Good understanding of banking and insurance regulatory frameworks (RBI, IRDAI).
• Strong relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with bank teams and internal stakeholders.
