About the role

Nexby, a travel‑technology company headquartered in Noida, is looking for a confident, target‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its footprint across Uttarakhand. You will engage hotel and restaurant owners, understand their operational challenges, showcase Nexby’s digital solutions and turn prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking and field visits.
• Visit hotels and restaurants across Dehradun, Rishikesh, Haridwar and Mussoorie.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate Nexby products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial proposals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team after successful closures.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

• Basic understanding of software applications.
• Hospitality or travel industry experience is preferred.
