Associate Manager – TPM

About the role

The Associate Manager – TPM will support the North America Beverage organization by leading pricing, hierarchy, and dispute‑resolution activities for national and regional customer teams. The role ensures accurate and timely data in DEAL Systems and drives continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and governance for pricing set‑up, hierarchy maintenance, dispute research, and reporting.
• Collaborate across functions to create efficiencies and integrate front‑ and back‑end services.
• Identify root‑cause issues, propose solutions, and meet SLA/OLA commitments.
• Maintain accuracy of DEAL pricing models and communicate changes to internal teams.
• Conduct post‑audit analysis and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, marketing or finance (Master’s a plus).
• Prior experience in a Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and drive change.
