PPP Expert & Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst position is a critical role within Assystem, focused on delivering comprehensive financial analyses and strategic insights for infrastructure projects. The incumbent will develop sophisticated financial models, assess project viability, and support decision‑making for public‑private partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced financial models to evaluate the financial viability and economic feasibility of infrastructure projects.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses to understand the impact of variable factors on project outcomes.
• Prepare detailed viability reports and market demand assessments for strategic planning.
• Draft legally sound Request for Proposals (RFPs) and concession agreements aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, ensure accuracy of forecasts, and monitor industry trends.
• Participate in budget preparation, risk assessments, and due‑diligence processes for potential investments.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or a relevant PGDM related to infrastructure projects.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within infrastructure or PPP environments.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information to senior management and external partners.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
