Assistant Manager – Project Management for DNOX Components

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead project management activities for DNOX component engineering at Bosch’s Bengaluru site. The role involves planning, executing and delivering customer projects while ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, estimate and control component‑level project costs, resources and timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress, drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead engineering product quality and preventive quality processes using Bosch Engineering System.
• Supervise innovation management to generate new ideas and resolve product or customer issues.
• Provide technical evaluation of design changes and coordinate with international development networks and plants.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and customer specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
