Assistant Manager – HR Operations (Talent Consulting)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Operations will act as a bridge between the Talent Team, business leaders and employees. You will drive HR initiatives, analyse metrics and ensure compliance for a workforce of 400‑600 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse HR metrics, identify trends and present insights to business leaders.
• Support employees through organisational changes and promote engagement through focus groups and well‑being initiatives.
• Facilitate performance management, guide managers on feedback and assist with new‑joiner integration.
• Oversee HR processes for a large employee group, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
• Drive simple HR process automation and contribute to internal events and collaboration platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business‑partnering role.
• Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and multi‑tasking abilities.
