About the role
The Assistant Manager – HR Operations will act as a bridge between the Talent Team, business leaders and employees. You will drive HR initiatives, analyse metrics and ensure compliance for a workforce of 400‑600 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse HR metrics, identify trends and present insights to business leaders.
- Support employees through organisational changes and promote engagement through focus groups and well‑being initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management, guide managers on feedback and assist with new‑joiner integration.
- Oversee HR processes for a large employee group, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
- Drive simple HR process automation and contribute to internal events and collaboration platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business‑partnering role.
- Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and multi‑tasking abilities.
