Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Associate – Core HR, Absence & Time

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Associate to join its Business Application Consulting team in India. You will work with clients to analyse HR requirements, design and implement Oracle HCM solutions, and provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client HR processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
• Design and implement Core HR, Absence, and Time & Labor workflows, including approval processes and notifications.
• Provide end‑to‑end implementation services, from configuration to testing and go‑live support.
• Deliver training sessions and post‑implementation support to maximise client value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM functional modules.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage complex project situations.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to break down complex concepts.
• Self‑awareness and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Adherence to PwC’s professional standards and code of conduct.
