Senior Talent Partner – Non‑Tech & Corporate Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead non‑technical and corporate hiring for a fast‑growing e‑commerce business. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, assessments, and in‑person interviews.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and develop a network of future hires.
• Measure and report recruitment metrics such as source‑of‑hire and time‑to‑hire.
• Oversee the full candidate journey to maintain a high‑quality experience.
• Foster long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential talent.
• Use data to identify improvement areas and create actionable reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on talent acquisition projects and programs.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in non‑technology hiring, preferably within start‑up, e‑commerce or product‑focused organisations.
• Proven ability to lead hiring for a business unit or corporate functions.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Strong capability to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for candidate experience and interview processes.
