About the role

Trianz is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders. You will shape people strategies that support rapid growth, innovation, and transformation across engineering, product, and technology functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent and people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, and scaling initiatives for fast‑growing tech teams.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development, and performance management frameworks.
• Enhance employee experience, engagement, inclusion, and culture through data‑driven initiatives.
• Leverage people analytics to monitor attrition, productivity, engagement, and diversity metrics.
• Champion modern HR practices, digital HR tools, and scalable processes.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of HR experience, primarily as an HR Business Partner or consultant.
• Proven experience supporting technology, engineering, or product organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy.
• Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
