Assistant Manager – Business Analyst (Business Planning & Cost Management)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Analyst to support business planning, cost management and data management activities at our Bannikuppe plant. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, cost performance and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to finalize the Business Plan, current forecast, MBR, LtPC and LtPM on a product‑wise basis.
• Organise, coordinate and link information across functions to administer cost performance based on business planning and current forecasts.
• Evaluate cost‑saving projects, certify savings and steer value‑stream and support functions for early realization.
• Maintain the SAP database (accounting, costing and other key views) to enable cost roll‑up and reporting.
• Update cost measures in the mY‑Measures tool during the current forecast process.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with business planning, forecasting and cost management processes.
• Ability to work with SAP data structures and reporting tools.
