Senior Institutional Lending Officer

About the role

The Senior Institutional Lending Officer will partner with Relationship Credit and Management teams to deliver efficient, customer‑focused lending and collateral solutions. You will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of lending facilities across core banking platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, renew and process loan drawdowns, repayments and related documentation in systems such as Loan IQ, Orion and Razor.
• Ensure high‑accuracy transaction processing, meet SLAs and quality standards, and monitor loan documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Collect fees and interest timely, maintain accurate records and update workflow tools.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit teams and other stakeholders to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external queries, provide status updates and escalate risks or issues.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, recommend solutions and support projects while adhering to policies and business continuity requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Lending Services or Institutional Banking.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, resilient and adaptable team player with a self‑driven approach to operational excellence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Loan IQ.
• Experience with Orion, Razor and/or CACHE platforms.
• Knowledge of lending facility administration and collateral management.
