Area Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Jio is looking for an experienced Area Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment activities across the Indore region. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruitment using an effective mix of sourcing channels while staying within budget, SLA and quality standards.
• Build and maintain talent pools through campus hiring, government skill development agencies, employment exchanges and other alternate channels.
• Manage all recruitment compliance activities, including background checks, verification, negotiation and audit responses.
• Execute project‑specific hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Analyze recruitment dashboards and analytics regularly to ensure SLA adherence.
• Prioritize and fill critical positions in the assigned geography.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely closure of vacancies across verticals.
• Engage candidates during the pre‑onboarding phase to enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• MBA or Diploma in Human Resources.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
