Talent Acquisition Executive – Remote

About the role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, conduct telephonic interviews, and ensure smooth coordination with both clients and candidates. The role requires confidence in speaking to candidates, understanding job requirements, evaluating suitability over calls, and maintaining consistent follow‑up throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑cycle recruitment across multiple roles and industries.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, internal database, and other channels.
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job fitment.
• Shortlist suitable profiles based on client requirements.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow‑up with candidates.
• Maintain regular coordination with clients for feedback, open positions, interview updates, and hiring status.
• Manage candidate pipeline and keep updated trackers.
• Provide a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Strong communication and telephonic interviewing skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Good coordination, follow‑up, and multi‑mandate management abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Knowledge of various job roles and industry verticals is preferred.
