Corporate Sales Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Corporate Sales Trainer to prepare new and existing employees for floor roles. The trainer will deliver product, process, communication, and workplace training to ensure staff are ready for real‑time work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees.
• Provide product, process, communication, and workplace training.
• Prepare trainees to become floor‑ready and handle live work confidently.
• Run role‑plays, mock calls/tasks, and practical training exercises.
• Monitor trainee performance, give regular feedback, and identify training gaps.
• Maintain training records and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with HR and management regarding trainee progress.

Required profile

• Fresher to 2 years experience in corporate, employee, process, HR, or BPO training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident personality capable of handling groups.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
• Good command of English; Hindi and Bengali are a plus.
• Energetic, responsible, and comfortable conducting regular training sessions.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
