About the role
Suruchi Bazar is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join its growing team in Rourkela. MBA freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations.
Required profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR or PMIR.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
