Area Sales Manager – Off‑Trade (Hisar)

About the role

Bacardi is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Hisar region to lead off‑trade sales. You will be responsible for generating primary and secondary sales, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring the successful launch and availability of our premium portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on financial targets such as NSV, gross margin, profitability and ROI.
• Achieve the regional volume budget and implement marketing activities, promotions and visibility activations.
• Ensure consistent availability of Bacardi brands in line with AVP/QPAP drivers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements.
• Collect, analyse and report sales data on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Manage territory, channel and account performance, working closely with distributors to meet forecast and budget.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, building long‑term relationships and addressing operational queries.
