Area Retail Associate – AP & TG (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Area Retail Associate supports the Area Sales Manager in delivering operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales growth across multiple PUMA stores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This field‑based role acts as a bridge between store teams and regional leadership, ensuring smooth execution of visual merchandising, inventory, and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist multiple stores with daily operational tasks and compliance.
• Track store‑level KPIs, analyse performance data and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising standards are applied consistently and coordinate seasonal updates.
• Support stock replenishment, conduct counts, manage shrinkage and report discrepancies.
• Deliver on‑floor training for new and existing retail associates, reinforcing product knowledge and selling skills.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in retail operations or multi‑store supervision.
• Graduate degree preferred (Business, Retail, Marketing or related).
• Willingness to travel daily/weekly across assigned stores and work flexible hours, including weekends.
