About the role

ACKO Drive is building a seamless car ownership and management platform. As an Area Manager you will be responsible for on‑ground execution across ACKO Drive service centres in Bangalore, acting as the bridge between franchise workshops and ACKO’s central teams.

Key responsibilities

Drive on‑ground execution across ACKO Drive service centres in Bangalore.
Act as liaison between franchise workshops and ACKO central teams.
Ensure operational discipline and strict adherence to standardized SOPs.
Monitor and maintain high‑quality customer experience at each service centre.

Required profile

Proven ability to manage franchise‑led service operations.
Strong focus on SOP compliance and operational discipline.
Capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to uphold service standards.
