Architect – Commercial & Institutional Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead and deliver integrated architectural design projects for commercial and institutional clients in Ahmedabad. The role involves translating client visions into detailed, build‑ready solutions while ensuring high standards of functionality and aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to design and manage commercial and institutional projects.
• Conduct research to resolve technical and design challenges.
• Prepare detailed GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, integrating architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC and plumbing services.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, décor and lighting solutions.
• Produce working drawings, construction details and complete drawing sets.
• Monitor project timelines and client expectations to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience on large‑scale projects.
• Strong passion for both conceptual design and detailed execution.
• Thorough understanding of architectural detailing, electrical, lighting, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and on‑site coordination.
• Availability to start immediately or with a short notice period.
