About the role
This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience in the Food & Beverage department of a well‑established hospitality operation. You will support daily service activities across multiple service points, gaining practical knowledge of restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food and beverage tasks, including transporting orders from the kitchen to waitstaff.
- Serve guests at various locations such as restaurants, bars, room service, and event venues.
- Clean and organize tables and service areas to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Ensure all materials used in the service area are properly organized and hygienically maintained.
- Prepare mise‑en‑place for each service point, arranging supplies and equipment.
- Support the setup and stocking of event rooms, helping with coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktail services as needed.
