About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves handling inbound phone calls from customers, passengers, tour operators and other stakeholders, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and deliver courteous, professional assistance.
- Identify customer needs, provide relevant information and troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure efficient call handling.
- Document interactions and follow up when necessary.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and clear diction.
- Proficiency with a personal computer.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- University student or recent graduate.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work in the city centre.
