Associate – Granite Operations

About the role

The Associate – Granite role supports Altisource’s mortgage and real‑estate operations by coordinating documentation and inspections across the United States. Working from Bengaluru, you will interact with lenders, contractors, field inspectors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of required information.

Key responsibilities

• Interact via email with lenders, contractors and field inspectors to obtain required documents and information.
• Collaborate with on‑shore stakeholders through email and phone calls.
• Schedule and expedite site inspections with inspectors across the United States.
• Organise, prioritize work and meet strict deadlines while communicating with external parties.
• Update internal systems with received documents and information.
• Maintain a quality score of 98.5 % or higher and adhere to schedule commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication with accurate grammar and punctuation.
• Strong verbal communication in fluent English with a neutral accent.
• Good analytical and cognitive abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm and ability to handle phone conversations.
