Associate – Documentation & Inspection Coordination

About the role

As an Associate at Altisource, you will work closely with lenders, contractors and field inspectors to gather required documentation and coordinate site inspections across the United States. The role demands strong communication, organization and the ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interact via email with lenders, contractors and field inspectors to obtain required documents and information.
• Collaborate with on‑shore stakeholders through email and phone calls.
• Schedule and expedite site inspections with inspectors throughout the United States.
• Organize, prioritize work and ensure strict deadline adherence.
• Update internal systems with received documents and information.
• Communicate regularly with clients through email.
• Maintain schedule adherence and achieve a quality score of 98.5% or higher.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
