Acquisition & Customer Project Manager – EMS

About the role

Bosch Automotive Electronics India (RBAI) is seeking an Acquisition & Customer Project Manager to lead EMS business growth. You will act as the primary interface with OEMs, distributors and ecosystem partners, guiding projects from opportunity through mass‑production ramp‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, distributors and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand.
• Drive acquisition of new EMS opportunities, coordinating RFQ evaluation, costing and quotation preparation.
• Serve as the main customer contact for commercial and project matters, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities between sales, engineering, operations, supply‑chain and quality to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Manage issue resolution, change management and smooth transition into serial production.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing project management within EMS or automotive electronics.
• Strong understanding of RFQ processes, costing and quotation preparation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal functions.
