Accountant – Full-time, On-site in Belgaum

About the role
Pace Travels is seeking a full-time Accountant to join its team in Belgaum. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and statements.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and tax preparation.
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements.
- Hands‑on experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with tax preparation, compliance, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools.
