Account Manager – Vendor Growth

About the role

The Canada Retail Vendor Recruitment team is looking for an Account Manager to accelerate vendor growth on the Amazon Canada marketplace. You will manage the full vendor recruitment lifecycle, from prospecting promising brands to delivering seamless onboarding experiences that set vendors up for success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential vendors to expand product selection for Canadian shoppers.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, ensuring vendors are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Analyze performance data and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evolve recruitment playbooks and influence product enhancements.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing issues and tracking resolution metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• 2+ years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to analyze data and assess performance drivers.
• Experience managing relationships in technology, start‑ups, or SaaS environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
