About the role
Smitten Holidays & Travels is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join its Kochi office. You will be the primary liaison for travelers, partners and corporate clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through post‑trip follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, understanding travel requirements and delivering tailored itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate bookings with internal operations and external vendors, ensuring all components are confirmed accurately and on time.
- Monitor trip execution, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track account performance, support sales targets and keep accurate records in CRM or booking systems.
- Collaborate with the broader team to improve products, processes and the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management or sales within travel, tourism, hospitality or related services.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
