Account Manager – Enterprise Shipping Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Amazon Shipping team in Bangalore. You will drive business growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and managing existing relationships to deliver shipping volume and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue goals.
• Own P&L for the assigned portfolio and monitor key performance metrics.
• Identify, onboard, and grow high‑potential customers using a consultative selling approach.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for large and enterprise accounts in the territory.
• Deliver a positive experience to shipper accounts, managing shipments, revenue, and hygiene parameters.
• Create joint business plans, reinforce value propositions, and act on operational, claims, and receivable issues.
• Follow standard operating processes and help refine the business value proposition using local knowledge and data.

Required profile

• 6+ years in client‑ or vendor‑facing roles with strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Preferred experience in logistics or B2B service delivery.
