Tele Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Tele Sales Executive to convert warm leads for our Unlock diagnostic plan, a solution that helps individuals identify weight‑loss barriers. You will engage prospects primarily via phone and WhatsApp, guide them through the purchase process, and hand them over to our medical and coaching teams.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact warm leads who have interacted with Elevate Now and explain the Unlock plan.
• Address objections, build trust, and guide prospects to complete payment through our secure online portal.
• Re‑engage undecided prospects, nurture relationships, and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM and provide daily status updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and align on campaign strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in tele‑sales, online sales, or WhatsApp selling.
• Bachelor’s degree; a background in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling, and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English; regional language skills are a bonus.
• Own a personal laptop, stable Wi‑Fi, and be available to work six days a week (five days onsite, one day work‑from‑home).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for sales communication.
• Comfort with online payment systems.
