About the role
Join Wilhelmsen's global team as a Technical Operations Engineer, supporting IFS Cloud deployments on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will ensure platform stability, monitor system health, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Azure AKS clusters, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues in a cloud environment.
- Configure and manage print agents and user roles within IFS Cloud.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and assist with deployment processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for knowledge transfer and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Experience working with Azure services and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
