Team Leader - Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader for our Inside Sales team at Univo Education. The role involves leading a group of inside sales representatives, driving revenue, and ensuring a high‑performing sales culture in our Noida office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate inside sales reps to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, performance reviews and provide ongoing training on sales techniques, product knowledge and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategies and monitor daily activities to ensure lead generation and conversion goals are met.
• Assist in closing high‑value or complex deals and provide expertise to team members.
• Set measurable KPIs, track performance, analyse sales data and prepare regular reports on revenue and customer feedback.
• Work closely with marketing and customer service to align outreach efforts and resolve customer escalations promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of inside sales experience with 1‑2 years in a leadership or team‑management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
