Team Lead - GRE Operations

About the role

The Team Lead – GRE Operations manages analysts supporting strategic analytics, real‑estate research, data analytics, forecasting, marketing presentations and compliance. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant delivery while leading day‑to‑day operations and driving improvement through automation, AI and strong stakeholder partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop analysts, set expectations, monitor delivery against SLAs and KPIs, and manage performance, staffing and recruitment.
• Oversee market research, economic analysis, real‑estate forecasts and strategic insights to support investment and asset‑management teams.
• Lead analytical projects using statistical modelling, forecasting, econometrics and machine learning; improve data pipelines and automation.
• Strengthen data quality, governance and reporting; promote use of Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, GIS, R and related tools.
• Guide GIS and spatial analysis for market mapping, site assessment and investment decisions.
• Oversee investor presentations, marketing materials and client reporting ensuring branding, regulatory and quality compliance.
• Act as main contact for operational matters, build trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate risks and project status.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation, automation and maintain controls, documentation and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in analytics, real‑estate research, data science or business intelligence.
• At least three years of people‑leadership experience in an analytical or research environment.
• Proven experience managing global stakeholders, projects, automation initiatives and cross‑functional delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, finance, real‑estate, technology or analytics discipline; Master’s/MBA preferred.

• GIS, Tableau, R, machine learning, Alteryx, Power Query, Pandas, APIs, ETL or data‑engineering concepts.
