Senior Officer – Client Servicing (PCM)

About the role

As a Senior Officer – Client Servicing, PCM you will deliver accurate, timely and high‑quality service to institutional customers across payments and cash management products. You will own the end‑to‑end customer experience, applying product knowledge, sound judgement and a strong risk mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Operate independently across complex activities, prioritising competing tasks and applying broad judgement.
• Resolve highly complex, ambiguous or cross‑functional issues, acting as an escalation point.
• Apply strong risk judgement, anticipate control implications and provide subject‑matter guidance.
• Drive sustainable process improvements using customer, risk and operational insights.
• Provide coaching, quality assurance and escalation support to strengthen team capability.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years experience in institutional or corporate banking, transaction banking or financial services operations.
• Working knowledge of domestic and cross‑border payments, receivables, liquidity, trade finance, KYC/on‑boarding or digital channels.
• Experience supporting customers in complex or global operating environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Voice/email‑based client service.
• Knowledge of payments and cash platforms (preferred).
