About the role
We are seeking a Tax Advisor to join our established telephone VAT Advice Team. You will provide expert guidance on a wide range of VAT issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators for our partnership and affinity group clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telephone-based VAT advice to clients across various sectors.
- Handle inquiries in line with agreed service level agreements and KPI targets.
- Promote and fulfil additional consultancy projects as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and advice provided.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and tax legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting defined service standards.
- Professional demeanor and client‑focused attitude.
