About the role
Lulu Group India is seeking a dynamic retail professional to lead its supermarket operations in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing daily store activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily supermarket operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Plan, train, and manage staff performance.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock availability, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory, control shrinkage, manage pricing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supermarket or hypermarket operations.
- Strong leadership abilities and proven team‑management skills.
