Style Associate – Retail Store

About the role

The Style Associate is the face of the brand in a retail store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting sales targets. This position works closely with the Store Manager and senior staff to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences, recommend suitable jewellery pieces, and address queries or escalations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, communicate value, and help the store achieve its sales targets.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Support theft‑prevention measures and follow all SOPs, company policies and operating procedures.
• Adapt to varied shift timings, be open to transfers within the cluster, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to group success and handle customer concerns with sensitivity.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, quick learning ability and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
