State Network Training Lead

About the role

Jio is seeking a State Network Training Lead to design, deliver, and manage training programs that support the company's network operations. The role involves close collaboration with subject‑matter experts and third‑party providers to ensure training aligns with business objectives and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and identify training needs based on defined frameworks and processes.
• Obtain approvals for training initiatives and ensure all needs are considered, applying the exception principle where appropriate.
• Develop and publish training plans, budgets, and contracts with external providers.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure compliance with training norms.
• Create and validate training content in partnership with SMEs, ensuring relevance and quality.
• Monitor the training system, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for functional enhancements.
• Upload content, capture data, and publish user guides, system flows, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Organize training events, record attendance, and assess training effectiveness.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in network‑related training or learning development.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of network functions and telecom operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and content‑management experience.
