Manager, Network Operations

About the role

You will lead the Global Network Operations team responsible for reliable, secure, and efficient network services across offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms, cloud environments, and retail stores worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global Network Operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance support.
• Oversee incident, request, change, and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution and service quality.
• Coordinate major incident response, root cause analysis, escalation management, and corrective actions.
• Manage operational readiness and execution for network projects, migrations, lifecycle activities, and cloud connectivity initiatives.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, KPI reporting, documentation improvement, and continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure operations, network engineering support, or enterprise IT operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or operational workstreams.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise networking technologies and ITSM platforms.

Required skills

• LAN, WAN, wireless, SD‑WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, cloud connectivity.
• ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platform.
• Network monitoring, operational analytics, automation, scripting technologies.
