Field Applications Engineer – RF Specialist

About the role

The Field Applications Engineer – RF Specialist will support Arrow's RF product portfolio by influencing design, providing technical expertise to customers, and driving demand creation across government, defense, infrastructure and private markets.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage RF and microwave knowledge to influence product design and recommend Richardson RFPD authorized solutions.
• Partner with the sales team to deliver technical support, promote solution selling and manage socket replacement projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key RF customers and suppliers, aligning requirements and reporting periodically.
• Participate in supplier training, strategic meetings and quarterly business reviews to meet DR, DWIN count and DWIN$ targets.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree or diploma with 3‑10 years of relevant RF/microwave experience, or an advanced degree with equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with RF customers in government, defense, infrastructure and private sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with sales, suppliers and internal teams.
