Software Product Manager

About the role

Datamaze, a company offering AI, data and analytics consulting services, is looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to join its team. This is a full-time position open to candidates based in Hyderabad, India or Dubai, UAE. The Product Manager works closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to define and deliver software products that meet customer needs and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research, user interviews and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities
• Create product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for new features
• Work with engineering, design and QA teams to deliver products
• Act as main contact for internal stakeholders and share progress updates
• Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches with marketing and sales
• Monitor product performance through key metrics and user feedback
• Resolve product challenges and keep projects on schedule
• Maintain documentation for features, roadmaps and processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in software or technology
• Proven experience defining and launching software products
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello or Aha!
• Basic knowledge of software technologies and APIs is a plus
