Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

ECS, Enterprise Change Specialists, is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect as a contractor in Hyderabad, Telangana. The architect designs scalable, high-performing and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business goals and technical requirements, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and custom applications, following best practices and scalability principles.
• Define integration patterns with external systems using APIs, middleware or ETL tools.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, turn them into functional and technical specifications and design solution roadmaps.
• Advise on Salesforce capabilities, industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Set and enforce coding, configuration and deployment standards, and run architecture and design reviews.
• Oversee implementation with developers, admins and functional consultants, support release management, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, and mentor project teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities, perform impact analysis for upgrades and enhancements, and ensure availability, performance and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect, and highly desirable Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds) and Force.com development.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce APIs.
• Integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica or Dell Boomi.
• Data modeling, security architecture and performance optimization.
